The Problem

Fragmented Itineraries Create Traveler Anxiety

Modern travel involves a chaotic shuffle between apps: email for tickets, browser tabs for hotel addresses, and weather apps for packing. This fragmentation leads to “travel anxiety,” where critical information is missed or hard to find when needed most.

The Core Challenge: Designing a centralized dashboard that consolidates flight status, hotel details, loyalty rewards, and support without overwhelming the user with data density.

Project Goals

  • Create a “one-stop-shop” dashboard experience.
  • Reduce user anxiety via real-time status updates.
  • Increase retention via gamified “Refer & Earn” systems.
  • Ensure accessibility of critical data (Gate, Terminal, Time).

The Dashboard

Personalized & Trustworthy

We utilized a clean, trustworthy blue-and-white palette to convey calmness. The user profile acts as a command center, showing loyalty points and upcoming trip summaries.

Flight Management

Critical Info at a Glance

During the design process, our user research highlighted that travelers panic most about “hidden” flight details like baggage allowance and terminal changes.

The Flight Detail module prioritizes:

  • Instant E-Ticket Access: No more digging through emails.
  • Shareable Cards: Allowing users to send flight status to family with one tap.
  • Visual Hierarchy: Dates, Times, and Airports are the largest elements on the screen.

Seamless Check-ins

The hotel module integrates map directions, booking references, and amenity details. We designed distinct “Share Cards” for hotel bookings, making it easy for groups to coordinate locations.
